Welcome to Superior's web site. We appreciate your visit. In the paragraphs that follow, I've attempted to briefly tell you a little bit about what we do, why we are here and where we are going. This is certainly no easy task, but here goes...

WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
Superior is one of the largest wholesale suppliers of industrial sewing machine and cutting machine parts and supplies in the world. The company was founded over 50 years ago with a commitment to sell exclusively to dealers and distributors. This commitment remains a cornerstone of Superior's business mission.

When we began, we had only a few items. Over the years, we aggressively expanded our line to meet the growing needs of the marketplace. Today, we have over 35,000 items in stock for immediate delivery and quick access to almost 300,000 additional items to meet the needs of the dealers and distributors we service, and these numbers continue to grow.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE INTERNET
I firmly believe that Superior's success over the years is due in large measure to our ability to innovate and effectively communicate our message both to customers and suppliers. We were one of the first companies in our industry to integrate technologies such as faxes, computers, modems, digital telephones, etc. So it is with the Internet. Doing business on the Net will benefit customers and suppliers alike and Superior is here to stay and grow!

This site is designed to provide both dealers and their customers with easily accessed information on the products available from Superior.

If you are not a dealer or distributor, you can use this site to research the products you need, searching by part number, description, or product category. You can then request those products from your dealer.

If you are a registered Superior dealer or distributor, our site now provides you with the convenience of full e-commerce. You can use the site to search for parts in many new ways, place orders, request quotations, check availability, and track the status of your orders.
