It has always been a cornerstone of our business philosophy that our suppliers are an integral part of our business team. Unlike many companies that treat suppliers as commodities, Superior seeks to build long-term relationships and equally as important, long lasting friendships with our suppliers.

If you have visited the Company section of the website, you know that Superior has an exceptionally strong commitment to stocking quality products and, on a daily basis, consistently ships over 95% of the items ordered by our customers. The dealers, distributors and other resellers that buy from Superior rely on us to deliver "Superior" quality parts, supplies and peripheral devices when ordered. We focus on aligning ourselves with suppliers that possess this same commitment to quality and can deliver their products when promised.

Our initial focus in building our site has been to develop an e-commerce package. The first stage of this development is the customer order / quote / parts search module. Only customers will have access to the pricing portion of this module, but the parts search section is open to vendors. This section provides a very useful tool to all suppliers to the industrial sewn products trade. We encourage you to take advantage of it. By registering you will have access to this section.

In the future, we plan to expand the website to include a sophisticated vendor interface. We envision a vendor area where our vendors will be able to track their business with us, input shipping advices and delivery information, update pricing information and keep us up-to-date on new product offerings.
